Ing. Renata Kolláthová, PhD. works at the AgroBioTech Research Centre of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovak Republic) as a postdoctoral scientific researcher. During her doctoral studies, she focused on a complex analysis of the nutritional value, the content of biologically active substances and in vitro digestibility of grape pomace, as well as on the possibilities of its use in equine nutrition (i.e., effect on the digestibility of nutrients, haematological and biochemical parameters). Currently, she deals mainly with the mineral content determination of various biological materials by the ICP-OES method (inductively coupled plasma - optical emission spectrometry).
