Prof. Ing. Miroslav Juráček, PhD. works at the Department of Animal Nutrition, Institute of Nutrition and Genomics of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Food Resources, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovak Republic) as a Full Professor. His professional field is ruminant nutrition, quality of animal products, feed conservation, and quality of feed. Currently, his research activities focus on the conservation of feed to assess the impact of silage additives on fermentation characteristics, aerobic stability, digestibility, nutritional value, and hygienic quality. He focuses on the contamination of feed by mycotoxins and their influence on the quality of animal products. His papers as author and co-author have been cited more than 230 times in journals indexed in databases Web of Science and Scopus.
