Prof. Ing. Milan Šimko, PhD. works at the Department of Animal Nutrition, Institute of Nutrition and Genomics of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Food Resources, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovak Republic) as a Full Professor. His professional field is ruminant nutrition, quality of animal products and quality of feed. Currently, his research activities focus on the quality of feed to assess the impact of the digestibility of nutrients and milk quality. His works as author and co-author have been cited more than 240 times in journals indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases.
